10月14日下午，吉林化工大学与俄罗斯乌法科技大学2026年度联合管理委员会会议以ZOOM线上形式顺利举行。会议由吉林化工大学国际交流合作处处长赵文波主持，副校长孙大志出席会议，校内主会场设在机关206B会议室，两校项目管理委员会成员共同参会。
On the afternoon of October 14, the 2026 Joint Management Committee Meeting between Jilin University of Chemical Technology (JUCT) and Ufa University of Science and Technology (UUST) was held via ZOOM. Hosted by Zhao Wenbo, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of JUCT, with Sun Dazhi, Vice‑President of JUCT in attendance. The on‑site venue was set at Room 206B of the Administration Building. Members of the Joint Management Committee from both universities attended the meeting.
会议首先通报联合管理委员会与教学执行委员会人员调整，更新项目管理团队，夯实办学管理组织基础。两校领导分别致辞，充分肯定化学工程与工艺中外合作办学项目的建设成效，表示将恪守中外合作办学相关政策，深化中俄高等教育务实合作，着力培育化工领域国际化复合型人才。
The meeting opened with updates on personnel changes of the Joint Management Committee and Teaching Executive Committee to optimize the project management team. Leaders from both sides delivered opening remarks, recognizing the achievements of the Chemical Engineering and Technology cooperative program. Both parties pledged to abide by Sino‑foreign cooperative education policies, deepen practical China‑Russia higher‑education cooperation and foster interdisciplinary international talents in chemical engineering.
双方就多项核心办学议题开展务实磋商。针对2026年最后一届招生后的教育部项目评估工作，明确报告分工；依据教育部最新政策，研讨学生双学籍注册流程、权益保障以及不出国学生获取俄方标准学士学位证书的可行性与实施条件。
Pragmatic discussions were carried out over key operational issues. The two sides clarified the division of work for the upcoming MOE program evaluation after the final intake in 2026. In line with the latest MOE policies, they discussed procedures and rights guarantee for dual‑status student registration, as well as requirements for awarding standard Russian bachelor’s degrees to non‑abroad program students.
会议达成项目续签重要共识：拟于2027年11月完成项目协议续签，续签后招生规模维持每届100人，乌法科技大学开设课程将改为英语授课。双方同时研究英文授课背景下“3+1”留学模式的学生保障措施，探讨固定外教承担对应课程，稳定教学质量。
Important consensus on program renewal was reached. The renewal agreement is scheduled for completion in November 2027 with an unchanged enrollment quota of 100 students per cohort. Courses delivered by UUST will switch to English‑medium instruction. Support measures for students under the “3+1” study‑abroad model were reviewed, alongside proposals to assign fixed foreign teachers for given courses to sustain teaching quality.
此次会议厘清项目下一阶段工作部署，有效破解办学关键问题。未来两校将持续协同发力，提升合作办学内涵质量，不断拓展中俄教育交流的广度与深度。
This meeting defined work priorities for the next phase and addressed key operational challenges. Moving forward, both universities will keep cooperating to enhance program quality and expand China‑Russia educational exchanges.
